扬子江南路位于扬州市，项目北起江阳路，南至华扬路，途经开发路、启东—老河口公路等城市道路，下穿上海—西安高速公路，全长3.2公里，道路设计速度60公里每小时，双向六车道，两侧分设侧分带、慢车道、人行道和绿化带。
