阿拉瓜州（西班牙语：Estado Aragua）是委内瑞拉北部的一个州，北临加勒比海，西临巴伦西亚湖。面积7,014平方公里，2007年人口1,665,200人。首府马拉凯。1899年建州。下分十八个自治市。
