首尔外环高速公路（朝鲜语：서울외곽순환고속도로），编号100，是一条以韩国首都首尔特别市为中心的环形高速公路，因位于首尔内环路以外而得名。

首尔外环高速公路长127.6公里，其间经过仁川广域市和京畿道部份地区。

1991年开始分段通车，至2007年12月28日全线完工。
