陈墓位于福鼎市管阳镇广化村。建于南宋，墓西北向，“风”字形，占地约14.4平方米，墓前有大型石将军1尊，石虎、石马各2只(已移动)，其他基本完好。1988年，福鼎县人民政府公布为县级文物保护单位。
