黑肩负鼠属（学名：Caluromysiops），是哺乳纲后兽下纲负鼠目负鼠科的一属。该属只包含一种物种，即黑肩负鼠（Caluromysiops irrupta）。由Sanborn于1951年命名。与黑肩负鼠属（黑肩负鼠）同科的动物尚有雅负鼠属（雅负鼠）、绵毛负鼠属（丰毛负鼠）数种哺乳动物。
