梁载言，天宝、武周时期的官员，博州聊城人。

人物生平

梁载言在武则天时期曾任凤阁舍人，专知制，并在吏部糊名考判中与刘宪、王适、司马锽等人入第二等。

李显时，他官至怀州刺史。梁载言著有《十道志》十六卷和《具员故事》十卷，其中《十道四蕃志》是最早提到梁山伯与祝英台的故事。
