汪廷儒，字醇卿，又字青，江苏仪徵人，所处时代为清朝。爱新觉罗·旻宁二十四年（一八四四）翰林官编修，二十六年（一八四六）江西省副主考。

书法、山水，极得董其昌用笔、用墨之妙，减而有法。墨晕宕，尤长画册、扇子。用笔沉着苍润，亦极似查士标。辑广陵思古内、外编，书未成而卒，年四十九。
