由东汉司隶校尉应所著，共十卷。东汉末年，天下大乱，刘协在曹操的迎接下移驾许昌市，这时东汉的朝廷的典章与礼仪皆在战火中失传了许多，应劭为了恢复东汉兴盛时的典章制度，故集所闻，著成了这部《汉宫仪》。
