王千，生卒不详，平阳府襄陵（襄汾县）人。贡生出身。清雍正二年台湾淡水县同知。

清雍正二年（1724年），任台湾淡水区县同知，关心民众疾苦，协调民族矛盾，修筑炮台，加强防务，对淡水政务有极大贡献。六年，告休。
