NGC 7424是位于南天星座天鹤座的一个棒旋星系，距离地球约3750万光年。其大小约为10万光年，与银河系相当类似。该星系因其明显的螺旋臂结构而被称为“宏观螺旋星系”。在NGC 7424中已发现了一颗超新星和两个X射线超量源。
