胡桂森（1921－1951），南平市（今延平区）樟湖乡人。 1921年6月出生，1950年4月参加中国人民解放军，任第40军118师352团二营四连战士。抗美援朝战争爆发后随所在部队于1950年10月赴朝参战，1951年1月在江原特别自治道大田里作战中牺牲。
